The check-in directions were really bad, and getting into the unit was very inconvenient. We asked for help with a parking spot, but they didn't solve the problem. Bad service. Don't stay here when you come to Sapporo.

The room was clean and had nearly all the equipment prepared. There were cutlery, dishes, cups, and dish detergent, along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, a hair dryer, and laundry detergent.

No room service. The toilets were clean and the beds were nice.

The location is great, and the rooms are spacious with stylish interiors. Parking is free, including the garage, so at first I had nothing to complain about. But the walls are thin, and I could hear everything next door. A party went on until the early hours, and I didn't sleep at all. They may need to rethink the furniture layout. The electronic key at the entrance is almost impossible to see in daylight. There are some restaurants nearby that I like, but after that night I'm a little hesitant about using them.

The room had a cozy feel, and there was plenty of bed and bathroom space for a group. Nakajima Park tram is only a 3-5 minute walk away. Check-in took ages because I had to enter so much information, and the sound insulation between floors wasn't great. I could hear people walking overhead.
