We were a group of 18, adults and kids, and the house fit us comfortably. There’s a big TV that kept the children entertained, and we had enough pots, pans, and dishes to make dinner. Having a washing machine was a big plus. The location worked well too, with several restaurants nearby and the train station about a six-minute walk away. Odori and Sapporo Station are around 20 minutes away. Victor and Atsuko were fantastic hosts. They helped us make restaurant reservations, suggested things to do, and went out of their way to make the trip great. This was our best stay at a property, and I’d recommend Victor and this place for a Sapporo trip.

We were driving, so getting around wasn’t an issue for us. There’s a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and the house was roomy and warm in winter. Parking was a bit of a walk away, and the 24-hour option cost 700 yen. We had a good stay overall.

We had a great time here. The guesthouse was comfortable and roomy, with a courtyard outside, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The WiFi was amazing 😂. With a convenience store, 24-hour supermarket, bus stop, and train station close by, everything was handy.

Having a courtyard and a whole detached house made this a great fit for our family trip. The host was lovely, and the accommodation was great. Supermarkets and convenience stores nearby made everyday errands easy. Highly recommended.
