Never again. My wife and kids slipped and fell because the entrance ice was never cleared, despite promises that it would be. The kitchen was filthy, with dirty appliances and none of the basic amenities. Trash collection was delayed and pointless. For 12 people, there were only two bathrooms, and the rooms were cramped with hard, noisy beds. The layout made little sense, with a pole blocking the hallway and the second-floor shower awkwardly placed inside the laundry room. The listing was misleading, and the place felt unsafe and unhygienic. Terrible stay.

We were eight people and each had a double bed with lots of room to spare. The beds were spacious, and the facilities were even better than I expected. It was clean, and I'd recommend it for multigenerational families too. There's a kitchen and refrigerator, plus a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room upstairs, which makes the place suitable for longer stays. Access from New Chitose Airport is good, and it's convenient for sightseeing around Otaru.
