Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori

Having a washer/dryer in the room was especially handy for us as a family, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We also found it easy to get around, with Odori Park, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. The staff were polite, kind, and helpful throughout our stay, and made our family feel welcome. We had a great time at Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori and would gladly stay again. I’d recommend it to families visiting Sapporo.

The walls are thin, so keep your voices down. On the other hand, the air conditioning is strong for both heating and cooling, and the windows open partway if you want some outside air. There’s a shoe warmer, and some rooms have a pants iron. There are plenty of handy power outlets, plus an electric stove and cleaning tools. The washer also dries clothes, and detergent is provided. Its capacity is small, so don’t overload it if you want things to dry properly. Shower and toilet arrangements vary by room, they may be together or separate. The bidet warms the water in winter, though I couldn’t tell whether its controls let you adjust the temperature. Nightwear is only a gown, so bring your own sleeping clothes.

The front desk were happy to accept packages and takkyubin, and they were helpful when I needed someone to call or book something for me. The room was cleverly laid out and had a washer/dryer, and the location was great. They offered free soft cream at certain hours, though we didn’t try it. It was a comfortable stay, and I’ll keep the hotel in mind for future trips.

We liked being close to lots of restaurants and amenities. The room’s washer/dryer was convenient because we could start a load before heading out for the day. When it gave us trouble, the front desk staff came by promptly to help troubleshoot. They couldn’t fully fix it during our stay, but kindly let us use the washer/dryer in another room, which we really appreciated.
