Tokyu Stay Sapporo

Each room has a washer-dryer and microwave, which made daily laundry so easy. Coming home from vacation without a pile of clothes to wash is just perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, and when the café wasn't busy, they let our group eat takeaway there together instead of crowding into one room. It felt like a home away from home, and I'd highly recommend it. One small snag: as of end May 2026, Google Maps showed two hotels when searching for "Tokyu Stay Sapporo". The one with the English name is near Odori Park and is NOT this hotel. This one only showed a Japanese name, which is easy to miss if you don't read Japanese.

The snowy city view made my 9 days and 8 nights here feel extra special. The hotel was stylish, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy lobby that was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Having a washer and dryer in the room was so convenient in winter. The location was great, the staff were friendly, and I'd definitely stay again! ❄️🤍

Out of the 6 hotels I stayed at on my Hokkaido trip, this was the best. I loved being close to major attractions and the subway entrance, but just off the main road and away from the busy shopping area. It was peaceful to come back to after a long day. The service was impeccable. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they really tried to accommodate an unusual request. The room was clean and super comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches: a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, good-looking balmuda kettle, washing machine with quality detergent, shoe shine, clothes freshener, trouser presser, ReFa hair dryer and shower products, shower and tub, clean comfy beds, air purifier, shoe dryer, collapsible luggage rack, and a coffee table with 2 chairs that came in handy. Free amenities like lotion and toothbrushes, plus a water dispenser, are on the ground floor. I'm sure there was more I missed. In the evening, guests can get complimentary drinks, including coffee made to order, tea, or juices. We also tried the new half buffet breakfast, and it was surprisingly one of the best we'd had. The mains had great choices, the salads were impressive, and there were desserts too. A well-chosen spread with good quality. Kudos to the chef and team! There are a few hotel parking spaces, which I believe need to be booked before arrival. If you can't get one, there are plenty of paid parking areas across the road. I didn't manage to take more detailed photos, but hope this little bit helps. Kudos to Tokyu Stay Sapporo!

What stood out most was how kind and polite everyone was, including the housekeeping staff I passed in the hallway. The drink bar was a lovely extra, and with the room key only letting you access your own floor, I felt safer traveling alone. The room was thoughtfully equipped. The washer-dryer and microwave came in handy, and I hadn't expected a shoe dryer, which saved me after snow got into my shoes 🤩🤩. The location was convenient too, with plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. Everything felt easy and comfortable, and this was one of my best hotel stays. I'd definitely come back. Simply put, you can choose this place without a second thought！！！You’re guaranteed not to regret it！
