It's a single room, so keep that in mind if anyone in your group snores. The little room is nice and easy to get to, near Sapporo station and Susukino. There's plenty to do, though you'll be doing some walking.

There was room for four beds plus two sofas, with coffee and dining tables, and the living area felt good. It's very clean and spacious. You'll need to park in a public car park, but there are several nearby and I had no trouble finding a space.

The comforters were so comfortable that my daughter couldn't stop praising them. Check-in was easy, and the place was clean and tidy, with all the equipment we needed: a TV, projector, washing machine, water heater, IH stove, microwave, heating, and air conditioning.

I was really happy with our stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the price was very affordable. Hard to believe you can find such a nice place. I'd love to return!

📌 August 2024. I was comfortable here and would pick it again if I needed a hotel. There was a dining table, washing machine, kitchenware like plates and cups, disposable items, a microwave, and plenty more. Four people could share the room without trouble, thanks to its two bathrooms with bidets. Every bed had its own light and outlet, and there was air conditioning too.
