We booked a Japanese-style room, which was large, clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. Breakfast had a great selection, dinner was delicious, and the staff were kind. There's a big parking area just in front of the hotel. A 24-hour coin laundry is about a 3-minute drive away, where you can wash and dry clothes in roughly an hour for a few hundred yen in coins. The price and what we got for it felt well balanced.

The tub isn't very big, but you can use the jacuzzi by pressing its button. The private onsen room is on the ground floor, to the right of the main entrance, and there's a wheelchair ramp for guests with physical disabilities. Shampoo, body soap, a hair dryer, and a place to relax are provided in the room.

The rooms are kept in good condition, and breakfast at the restaurant is good.

A relaxing hot spring.

It's a quiet place, and the bathing facilities were excellent: a roomy public bath, a relaxing open-air bath, sauna, and cold plunge. The kitchen smell drifted in for some reason, though, and I worried it would cling to my hair and clothes and spoil that fresh feeling after a sweat. I asked for breakfast, but the choices were pretty sparse, so I could have skipped it.
