I stayed two nights and found the room comfortable, with a big desk, TV, fridge, a bed I slept well in, curtains that kept most light out, and plenty of space for luggage. It wasn’t huge, and the bathroom was fairly spacious. For the price, the location near Sendai Station, free breakfast, and comfortable beds make this a good choice, especially for a one-night business stay. The breakfast runs from 6:30 to 9:30. There was locally grown rice, scrambled eggs, two smoothie choices, coffee, sausages, cereal, vegetables, pastries, bread, and other items. The options changed between mornings: one day there was seafood and a salad bar, the other okra meatballs, beans, and curry. They provide containers if you want to take food back to your room or elsewhere. I arrived around midnight and was glad I could check in at any time using the machines on the second floor, without asking for an after-hours check-in. The lobby staff were helpful and greeted guests when they saw them. I think someone is there around the clock, since I was able to ask for ketchup at 1:00 a.m. Thanks for sorting out that unexpected request and making my stay pleasant. There’s free WiFi in every room. Vending machines are on floors 2, 6, and 9, and the second floor also has an ice machine and laundry room. A wash costs 200 yen, a dryer cycle 100 yen, and detergent for one load 50 yen. Trouser presses are on each floor. There are lockers in the lobby, though I’m not sure how they work or what they cost. Usual hotel supplies are there too, including toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, sleepwear, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and razors.
