The place was nice and clean, and the staff were nice too. It’s a bit far from the station and not easy to get to. When we ordered food delivery, it was a shame they wouldn’t lend us tableware to eat with. The free coffee was a nice touch.

We were moved from the other chain hotel after they lied about our non-smoking room. See our review on green mark hotel, it’s a long story. This other place is a three-star hotel and closer to the station, but we were moved farther away to a two-star hotel that was almost half the price on the website, and still had to pay the original booking price. At 10 pm, traveling with a toddler, what options did we have? We felt they took advantage of our situation. The older staff member was abrupt, unfriendly, and not hospitable. The younger one was friendly, but we didn’t feel he had any say in the matter.

Breakfast was nice, the usual hotel setup, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know. There’s very limited parking and the rooms were tiny. Staff didn’t speak much English, so we used Google Translate. We tried to cancel the reservation and were told we couldn’t.

The room was clean and the price was good, and the staff were great. They offer free bicycle rental too. I had a great stay and would come back.

The shower and bathroom felt much too small. The hotel was cheap and clean. I’d booked a smoking room and did get one. There was a slight smell, but it wasn’t a big deal.
