We took the one-day marine activity course rather than staying overnight. The staff were experienced and picked the best spot for the conditions at the time, including the waves and wind. With several groups aboard, they arranged for everyone to sit in different places on the boat. They even put down a board so getting onto the island became part of the fun. We really appreciated all that care with the details.

The owner was so kind and fun during our two-night stay and day out boating on the ocean. Snorkeling in that beautiful water was the best. I’d definitely recommend it, and I’d love to come back!

Soulfood 3-chome nearby was really good! 🍺 There were three of us staying on the first floor, my husband, our two-year-old, and me. The room was stylish, clean, and comfortable. Since nobody else was staying there, we could relax and enjoy ourselves freely, just like at a regular hotel.

I’m on a two-week solo trip around Amami Oshima and hope to bring my wife next time, whenever that may be. I’d definitely like to join a tour then. I felt the warmth and hospitality of the people of Amami Oshima, and the other three of us were truly grateful too. Thanks so much for the warm welcome at Miku Beach today. I hope we didn’t inconvenience the two female guests, but the wonderful sights of Amami really moved me.
