The host wasn't there when I got in late, but I knew which room was mine. They came by later and kindly switched on the heater and took care of a few things. A lovely place, and I'd like to visit again.

The rooms were spotless, and breakfast had that classic feel. The owner was also great about sharing information and helping out. It made a perfect home base for experiencing southern Japan, and I'll definitely return.

I could easily settle in here with a book and enjoy the natural surroundings. There’s a lovely cafe a short walk away, and a great Sento nearby. The hospitality was so generous, and this ended up being one of my favorite places of the whole trip. I’m deeply grateful for the stay.

Oshikiri Beach, the surf spot, was close by, and even though my trip was a whirlwind, it became my best surf trip ever. The owners were wonderful, and staying here was the best guesthouse experience I've had, one I'll remember for a long time. I hope to see you again, so please stay well!
