We enjoyed the resort from start to finish. The property is tastefully furnished, and the warm, exceptionally friendly service from Mr. Makeshi Matsubara made the experience even better. He’s a real gem at this lovely resort.

The rooms have a modern Western style and include an amazing onsen. The waiters and waitress were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was scrumptious, though rather salty, and the shower water temperature was sometimes inconsistent.

6/10
The rooms were large and nice, with a hot bath or onsen in the room. What a pity about the crows. The property seems to be in a spot where you could hear them constantly, and their noise made it hard to leave the balcony door open. The food was so-so, and dining service felt like the staff didn’t have the right experience. It didn’t feel like a 5-star stay to me, more like 3-star.

Artistic food, a peaceful view and warm service made this a lovely stay. I’d strongly recommend booking a room with a bath.

The views were amazing, the massage service was amazing, and the food was amazing too. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
