I bought one of the sweaters on display, since it’s a Shima Seiki hotel. It was warm, really high quality, and a lovely reminder of the trip. The food was absolutely delicious, too! There’s a sommelier there, so it’s fun to talk about wine and other things.

The hotel sits up a somewhat narrow hill. The food was delicious, and the staff were really friendly!

After relaxing in the hot springs, I feel refreshed tonight. I often come to Shirahama Onsen for golf, and this is my favorite hotel here. Thanks to Chef Kubosaka and the restaurant staff for remembering what I like. The recommended wine paired perfectly.
