I was in Building K, and the room was roomy and very clean. The cleaning was excellent, and all the amenities were there, including a ReFa hair dryer and iron and a Mirabelle shower. I’d stay again for sure.

The sauna and pool at Crystal Villa H made me very happy, and the amenities were seriously luxurious: two kinds of hair dryers, two kinds of irons, plus a Balmuda toaster and microwave. I only wished there were an outdoor speaker to use while cooling off after the sauna. I also wondered whether women bathing naked might be visible from outside, and felt a few more walls would help. It’s close to Toretore Market and has a BBQ grill, so it could work well for a company trip. For two families traveling with small children, it’s great to have a place like this nearby. I’m grateful to Resort Life for building it.

We spent Christmas here as a family of three, and it was a special stay that left us with a lovely memory. Even in winter, we had a great time. The rooms, baths, service, and facilities were all perfect for us. There were plenty of luxury amenities, and the room had all the appliances we needed. We’d love to come again.

The open-air bath had a wonderful view because Building A sits on a hill, and the hot spring water felt lovely and silky. We stayed as a couple and had a living-dining room, a Japanese-style room, two bedrooms, and two toilets. Outside were a pool, an open-air hot spring bath, and a sauna. The amenities and facilities were excellent. From Building A’s parking lot, you can see the pools and other facilities at nearby Buildings D, E, F, G, and H, so I’d suggest choosing Building A or something similar. We’d happily visit this villa again. One difference from our earlier stay at Crystal Villa Miyakojima, part of the same chain, was the fridge. That one had plenty of canned beer, chu-hi, juice, and tea, while Shirahama only had about a dozen bottles of mineral water.
