This place is full of babies and little kids, so couples might want to stay somewhere else. Expect crying babies and kids yelling during meals, a pool with restricted hours crowded with children still in diapers, and kids in rooms next door and above running around and waking you up at 5am every day. If that's your idea of a good time, this is the place for you.

The views were fantastic, and the staff, cleanliness, and service were all wonderful. Absolutely loved this hotel, highly recommend it.

The dinner buffet was the best part of our stay: loads of choices, and the food tasted great. Alcoholic drinks cost extra, though. The onsen was big and the water was lovely. The rooms, on the other hand, smelled a bit musty and old. They have carpet, and it looked and felt really dirty. At least there's plenty of room, enough for families.

The Japanese buffet breakfast was a great choice, and service was excellent. The room was big and clean, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Be sure to look out at night, there’s a beautiful light show in the garden. The spa closes at midnight, with an indoor hot bath and an outdoor cold bath. It was a bit crowded and noisy because of some tourists, though that wasn't really their fault. A beautiful hotel!

The food was amazing, and the rooms were spacious with great views. I liked the onsen and sauna, though the outdoor pool isn't very big. The illumination was nice, too.
