A really nice place to stay, clean and close to the beach 👍⛱️

This is an affordable place to stay if you want to enjoy Gozura Beach and Shirahama. It's within walking distance of the beach, so on a multi-night stay you can swim until sunset. Two showers outside let you rinse off the sand before going straight to your room's bathroom. Lunch is nearby, and you can prepare it in your room to take to the beach. The room has a sea view, though trees block part of it, and the water is just a one-minute walk away. There isn't a resident manager, but staff are around from morning until midday to clean and help with problems. You can save on meals with the inn's catered lunches or by buying ingredients at a nearby supermarket. BBQ in the parking lot would be nice, though it may be difficult since it's beside a house. The ocean-side parking lot is managed by someone else, so leaving the first-floor blinds open means people using the lot can see right inside. You'll need your own detergent for the washing machine, and there are lots of ants near the entrance. Sand is bound to get into the room on a beach trip, so bringing a handheld vacuum might be a good idea. I'd stay here again.

The owner is especially kind and happy to help, even with things like lending us a bucket for fireworks. It seems ideal for families spending time at Ezura Beach, just a one-minute walk away. There's an outdoor shower for washing off sand before going inside, and free parking for one car right in front of the room. Inside, there's a washing machine, microwave, plates, and cups, so you can prepare meals in the room.

I was touring roadside stations in Wakayama Prefecture and stayed here. The location is fantastic, right in front of the beach. I'd like to use it as a vacation home in Shirahama someday, and next time I want to try the loft room. Thank you for your hospitality!
