The in-room open-air bath and a drive in an open-top car made this a memorable trip. The food was tasty, and the service and cleaning were impeccable, so I was comfortable throughout. I did have a couple of small things I wish they’d adjust. There was too much mousse with the sashimi, which made it less noticeable, and the first and second courses arrived cold enough that I felt a little chilly. Still, it was a wonderful hotel that makes me want to return. Thank you. Ojarumaru

The night projection mapping was impressive, and the starry sky was beautiful and calming. We also had a very relaxing soak in the open-air bath in our room. Aside from two issues, the stay was absolutely great, and I’d like to return if I get the chance. I was disappointed at checkout when I found an itemized charge for an extra drink. One drink with dinner was supposed to be free, but when I asked about the bill, I was told some drinks count as one per person. That hadn’t been explained, so the additional charge was a surprise. I’d also hoped to enjoy the ocean view from the bath first thing in the morning. There were several people fishing on the rocks in the sea right in front of us, though, and they could see us bathing from the other side. Unfortunately, I gave up on the view and the bath.

The night sky was amazing, especially the stars after the moon had sunk into the sea. The laser message display was truly moving, and I also got to drive a Rolls-Royce, something I’d never had the chance to do before. The food was plentiful and delicious. My wife and I came to enjoy the hot springs and shake off the year's fatigue. The springs, scenery and hospitality were all top notch. We’re staying multiple nights and have been enjoying the time thanks to the staff’s thoughtfulness. We’ll make the most of tomorrow before checkout. Thank you for a wonderful time.

My girlfriend booked this as a surprise, and we made some great memories, including a surprise message during the laser show. The view is the real highlight: the Pacific horizon, ships passing in the distance, the rocky shoreline, the setting sun and the stars. On a clear day, you can also ride in a Rolls Royce. I highly recommend it.
