The hotel was pretty nice, and the location worked well. There’s a family mart right outside, plus a few restaurants about a 10-minute walk away. We tried the café on checkout day, and the food was good. The opening time was listed as 10, but no one was there at 10:06. It turned out the front desk staff also handled the café around checkout, so we might have been able to get food a little earlier. Parking on check-in was a bit confusing. We used the paid lot next door, but the hotel reimbursed us, so it ended up being free. Even though my Japanese is limited, they were still able to help my fiancé and me. I’d come back.

The staff made a real difference. They were polite and went out of their way to mail a bag I’d left behind all the way to Tokyo, taking care of the process and making sure it reached me. Thank you again for all the help. The hotel is clean, elegant, and well located, just a few meters from the train and bus station. My room was very clean and had everything I needed, and there’s a 24-hour convenience store nearby. The service was extraordinary.

The bus to fox village stops at the train station, so getting there is convenient from this hotel, which is really close to the station. It was only 1000 yen each way.

I could hear the Shinkansen trains passing through the station, which was the one downside. Otherwise, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was good, and the room came with a great breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel is across the street from Shiroishizao Shinkansen station, and Sendai Station is also a short walk away for connections to other JR lines.

Good for cyclists. The service was excellent, and it’s a nice hotel with laundry machines and a microwave by the vending machine.
