It’s a very quiet spot, though a little far from the other village, so you’ll need a car or bike. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom and toilet are new. A nice ryoukan near the sea, with a primate beach.

At first, the evening lights and water view had me excited about how cute the place looked. Then the room we’d booked put me in a bad mood. The communal bath was downstairs, a three-minute walk outside, which wasn’t much fun with mosquitoes. The toilet was only a few steps away, but there were mosquitoes there too, and I had to get fully dressed just to use it. Spend extra for a room with its own bath if you stay here.

We stayed over Marine Day and it was way more than I expected! The hotel room looked out over the sea, just 10 meters away, and the included BBQ dinner was super delicious. The host is a really nice guy, and the staff were super nice too. I’m so glad we chose to stay here, and can’t wait to come back!
