The hotel is linked to the station from the second-floor exit, which is handy, though part of the path is uncovered, so take care in the rain. Even with the connection, it didn't feel especially close. On a higher floor, you can get a lovely view of the factories at night, so I'd recommend that for the night scenery. Staff were friendly and helpful. The second floor has a large public bath and sauna, but both are quite small; there are also three coin laundry machines. Breakfast costs 1,650 yen. I was looking forward to the Yamaguchi specialty cha soba, but it wasn't close to the version I'd had at a restaurant. The salad hadn't been drained well and wasn't very tasty.

The rooms have a stylish, uncluttered feel, and I didn't realize how comfortable that could be until I stayed here. I'd like to bring that idea into my own home. It's near the station and restaurants are easy to reach. I've stayed at other hotels, but I'll book here again. My only small hassle was that basic skincare items weren't provided.

The place is clean and well located, which makes what happened even more disappointing. After checkout I realized I'd left an item behind, but it was gone. My receipt from that day had a note saying it was lost. I asked a staff member to look into it, but they were cold and just told me to call the police. The item had clearly gone missing inside the hotel, yet they showed no sincerity. The staff service is poor.

The hotel seems new and clean, and the location is good. But the parking directions weren't clear. We were told guests could park for 20 hours for 500 yen, without being told we couldn't come and go freely. If you're parked more than two hours, buying a 500-yen ticket is better; if you'll leave within two hours, don't buy one. Even across a multi-night stay, you pay each time you park. This needs to be explained properly.
