We enjoyed the onsen and the bath was nice. The hotel staff were excellent and helpful with anything we needed. There were a few drawbacks. The room got very hot in the morning sun, and we couldn't adjust the a/c. The pillows were very hard, with no other options. Breakfast was crowded, and the food area was small, so some guests pushed past others while rushing to get food.

We had a wonderful time, with great food, plenty of room for the extended family, and easy access to several bathhouses. The staff were very kind. It's a fantastic Onsen hotel, though a bit dated, and getting there is difficult without a rental car.

There are so many different onsen to choose from, and with the lovely ocean view and professional staff, it's easy to relax here. The food was delicious too, especially the generous breakfast buffet. I'd love to return someday.

I wish we'd booked a longer stay. This was one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in, and the outdoor bath was incredible and so relaxing. Dinner was delicious and unusual, and every staff member was welcoming and kind. Thank you very much.

The staff gave us a warm welcome, and it was nice that they could speak Chinese. Dinner was very good, with a seasonal selection and quality ingredients. The sunrise felt warm and lovely. We tried the public bath at 6am, but the temperature wasn't right, so we went back to the private bath in our room. After checkout, the staff waved us off until we drove away. Their customer service really made an impression.
