Our plans changed and we had to cancel at the last minute. The owner and staff were gracious, kind, and professional, and made the process easy even though we only spoke English. The place looked clean and seemed like it would be lovely to stay in.
8/10
The hotel is in a busy part of the city and is well located. The room was tiny, but fairly cheap and very clean. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety.
6/10
It's close to JR station, though there are very few shops around here.

A great place to stay.

The overcharge made this a bad place to stay.
