The staff were very nice and the price was low, so I’d give the stay three stars, though the hotel itself feels more like a two-star place. It’s worn down and doesn’t feel fresh at all, especially the bathroom. The breakfast buffet is served in what looks like a tired restaurant kitchen. If you need a night in Takamatsu near the train station, it’s an option. For a few days of sightseeing, though, you might want to find somewhere a bit nicer.
