The street noise from people singing and shouting, along with sounds from the corridor, was really bothersome. The room itself was big, but I couldn't sleep without earplugs. I had requested the best available view when booking, yet the room I was given had no view at all. Staff didn't check whether another room was available and simply refused my request. I regret booking here.
The free massage chair on the 11th floor was the reason I picked this hotel. Guests can also get a welcome drink and breakfast. At check-in, the reception staff explained the facilities and services clearly and seemed well trained. They had a map of nearby udon shops and other places to eat. Of the five hotels I stayed in over the last two weeks, this was the best.
A great place to stay, with everything close by and convenient.
The hotel was neat and clean, near both the railway station and city center. The staff were nice, and breakfast was great, with lots of vegetables.
That big public bath was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff were all really friendly and went out of their way to help.
