The best thing about this hotel is the location, just opposite the main station. The room was filthy, with a thick coat of dust and grime, even on the air con unit, which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There were stains on the walls and floor, the bidet didn't work properly, the sink had almost no water pressure, and only one window opened. We left almost right away and moved to another hotel. The staff were helpful with the check out and gave us a full refund, to their credit. In my opinion, there's little else going for it if you can't put up with the rooms.

The room was clean, but dated and the walls are thin. The bathroom was gross, with a toilet seat that doesn't fit and a chipped sink that was repainted and is now peeling. Too expensive for this.

I got the annex, which was totally fine, and I'd stay again. For the price, it was perfect for what I needed, basically somewhere to crash, with no major issues. You can borrow all kinds of things for free, though I didn't really need anything. The shower had strong pressure and stayed hot, and the body sponge was lovely. The amenities were solid. I liked grabbing an instant coffee with creamer to go when I checked out at 10am.

The room had more space than most Japanese hotels and the amenities were great. Even the body sponges were surprisingly good and exfoliating. In the lobby there was coffee, both ready-to-go and in packets, teas, broth packets, plus extra blankets or pillows to grab. The rates are fantastic, and it's right by the public transportation hub with several restaurants just outside. Give it a visit if you're traveling.

Near Takamatsu station and not too expensive, so for the price it's not bad at all. The building is quite old, which does leave some disadvantages, though the hotel room was clean. Staff were friendly, helpful, and polite, and the towels, shower, and bathroom were clean too. They have paid 🚗🅿️.
