I use this hotel for business trips every Tuesday and Friday during the day. It's convenient and has lots of amenities, but it was fully booked and I had to wait. The room also smelled of e-cigarettes. That's the one thing that disappointed me.

I came from Osaka and stayed in room 401 on Friday, November 1st, 2024. The food was good, the room was clean, and the atmosphere was great. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful when I asked about things like the TV. Everything was wonderful, and I'll definitely come back.

I've stayed here four times now and plan to return. It's a very clean hotel, and the welcome service, with one or two complimentary items depending on room quality, is a nice perk. Card members also get free breakfast. Having drinks and other essentials in the room fridge means you don't have to go out to the floor, which makes the space feel warm and relaxing. Being able to order food and drinks around the clock is really helpful.

I've stayed at lots of love hotels, and this one ranks among my top five. The room was roomy and clean, the receptionist was very polite, and the bath was big enough for two people to soak comfortably. I did find the welcome service and some of the other services a little confusing. There was a water filter too, but I don't think it had been changed for a while. Everything you need is there for a quick stay, and I'd stay here again if I'm in the area.
