For the price, it's not bad. It's an old-fashioned sort of hotel, and not far from Takasaki Station. Breakfast is Chinese-style with limited variety, but it's okay to eat.

I liked the home-cooked breakfast buffet, and the front desk staff and service were great. The rooms could use brighter lighting. For the nightly price, the location is excellent, and it's a comfortable hotel for what you pay.

The location helps make up for the hotel's age, with the station only about ten minutes away. Still, the stay felt pretty mediocre. Our room was quite old and had no bidet, and at 5,000 yen per person per night it seemed a bit overpriced. The free breakfast was great, though, and they cleaned the room every night.
