A traditional Japanese hotel, with a good spa and tatami-and-futon rooms. Breakfast was great, too.

The bed was comfortable for me, but there was no wifi and the tea wasn't replaced.

They wouldn't let children under 3 enter, and there's no Koala Care. It's basically a bad choice for tourism with families.

The place was very poor, and the Onsen are run-down and dirty.

I was satisfied with the onsen. It was really good.
