I picked this place because I hoped to meet the landlady, a big Demon Slayer fan, and ended up having a lively chat about it with her and her husband. That was a lovely memory. The rooms are so stylish and tasteful you wouldn't guess from the outside, and the balcony open-air bath was a highlight. Even in the chilly weather, soaking while watching the night sky turn to blue dawn was amazing. You can see the ocean when you stand up, too. The food was delicious, especially the shiny rice, which I could happily eat endlessly. Such a great inn. I'd love to come back, and would definitely recommend it to other Demon Slayer fans.
The birthday cake they surprised me with at the end of dinner made me so happy, and it was delicious. Fresh strawberries at this time of year felt like such a treat. Dinner itself was so generous and tasty that I got caught up eating and forgot to take pictures. Before dinner, I had a relaxed walk to look at the ocean right in front of the inn. The service was very courteous and the place felt comfortable. At breakfast, the grilled fish was freshly cooked and steaming hot, with steam rising as soon as I put my chopsticks into it. It was delicious. Both meals showed how carefully the food here is prepared.
We were able to unwind in the roomy private bath, and the room itself was clean and spacious, with a lovely ocean view. The landlady treated us with real warmth and courtesy. I'd be happy to stay here again.
The food was wonderful, and the beautiful proprietress and the other lovely woman made everything feel just right with their attentive care and warm smiles. You could tell they really cherish both their guests and the inn. The inn is peaceful, near the sea, and has a modern feel. As soon as we walked in, my husband and I kept saying how cute and stylish it was. Everything in the room was adorable, and we loved the indoor open-air bath. We were already talking about coming back. Of all the inns I've stayed at, this is my favorite, though I can't fit everything I loved into a review. Thank you for a wonderful, unforgettable trip.
The proprietress was fun and interesting, and the view from the Tree Room was so relaxing, with Shinmaiko Beach right in front. We stayed there without meals for 7,500 yen per person, and parking was free. The room seems to have been renovated. It was stylish and roomy, with cute houndstooth patterns in different spots. On the first floor, there were more than 15 kinds of snacks out all day, free to take as much as we wanted. They also had Yakult in the morning.
