The beer keeps coming out as foam. There was a used condom beside the trash can and an iQOS cigarette butt on the table. They need to pay more attention to cleaning.

The room was better equipped and stocked than a typical business hotel, and the staff were kind and provided excellent service. The bath can fit two adults, and it doesn't take too long to fill. At the dressing table, there are separate bottles of face wash, lotion, and moisturizer for men and women, all intact and still full. Downstairs, the first-floor lobby has a sweets buffet, a drink bar, and rental shampoo and body soap. Once you enter your room, it locks automatically. There's also a fun event where a simple take-home amenity pack is put in every room as if there's a treasure chest to find. Breakfast comes from the pack, but the hot sandwich was surprisingly good. The reception is behind a screen, so you don't make eye contact with staff. Meals are left on a table by the room entrance, so you really can't tell who's delivering them.

The room was clean and spacious. There was a welcome drink, plus a beer server. I hadn't realized they had draft beer, is that normal these days? There isn't a reception desk. You pay in advance at a machine and get your card, so I'm pretty sure it's a hotel, lol.

On my July 7th-8th stay, I couldn't get out of the room even after calling the front desk several times. When someone finally answered after 8 PM, they gave me an unbelievable story about a power outage. I was frustrated. I came back July 28th-29th and found the touch panel system had changed. Now you can leave whenever you want using a room card, which is much better. This time the staff member answered the phone right away and got my requests to me promptly. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, and I think the 16/24-hour system is great. I'll definitely stay again!

The food portions are good, and there are various services. A 20-hour stay is an unusually generous deal, though you might not use all that time. Breakfast runs on a 24-hour schedule, so check the timing carefully. The luxury room is pricey, while the regular one seems about right for the cost. They sell discount tickets from the in-room vending machine, but it's not obvious how to use it at first, so ask the front desk.
