The rooms are roomy, especially the baths, which makes sense since the place used to be a love hotel. It’s also very cheap compared with regular Japanese hotels. There’s basically no service: if you already know your room number, head straight up; otherwise call the number in the lobby to find out.

Takeshi
There’s a supermarket close by, and the cheaper parking for regular cars and light vehicles is right out front. It seems the owner handles everything, from reception to cleaning, so he’s constantly busy; a sign asks guests to call his mobile when they arrive. The former love hotel has been renovated as a business hotel, and it may suit someone looking for an inexpensive place to sleep. I won’t return.
Yuji
Maybe I just got lucky with my room. I’d expected a bad stay after reading the reviews, but while there really wasn’t any service, the price made it hard to complain.
Kota
The parking nearby costs less: a 24-hour lot is ¥500, and a separate one for kei cars is ¥450. Both are easier to park in than the hotel’s own lot, which is ¥1000 a night. As for the room, I found long hairs wedged into the sofa and wet, used towels left in the bathroom. That level of uncleanliness is shocking for a Japanese hotel. If you’re used to overseas youth hostels, or only need a toilet, quick shower, somewhere to brush your teeth and a short nap, you might manage.
Masahiro
The photos make it look cleaner than it is, so be careful. My room smelled so strongly of mold that I couldn’t sleep and found it hard to breathe. Water from the air conditioner leaked onto the futon and soaked it. At check-in, the receptionist spoke only broken Chinese, so we couldn’t communicate. I’d stay somewhere else, even if it costs a little more.
