Asakusabashi station is just a few minutes away on foot, with the Toei Subway Asakusa line and JR Sobu line. Reception has multi-language support, and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. You can buy a bottle of water, around 500 ml, at reception for just 50-yen. The room was comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Akihabara, one stop away on the JR Sobu line, and want to avoid airport connection hassles!
The staff made our stay memorable from the moment we arrived. They were friendly and welcoming, and the lobby smelled lovely. Free luggage storage was a big help, and the location was convenient for train stations, restaurants, and convenience stores. I also appreciated that the team found and safely returned the watch I’d misplaced in our room. There’s coin laundry too, and while I waited for my clothes, a staff member offered me a chair. It was a small kindness that made me feel looked after. There was a mismatch in the room information on my Klook booking, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The staff understood how disappointed I was, especially because my daughter was looking forward to a bathtub. When a room with one became available, they offered to move us at no extra cost. That thoughtful help made the stay especially memorable for my daughter. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and exceptional service. We’ll cherish the experience and hope to come back.
We booked two corner twin rooms through Klook at a good price, on the 3/F and 5/F. The room on 3/F had a sweating smell and wasn’t as pleasant as we’d expected. Staff couldn’t move us, but they offered a small air purifier and air refresher spray, which made things sort of okay. Thank you for your prompt response, Tanda-san. We’ll definitely stay again. ; )
The staff were so friendly and let us drop off our bags early. They spoke English, Chinese, and Japanese, and probably more, so it was easy to communicate. Getting around was straightforward: the airport has a direct train, Asakusa and Akihabara are a quick train ride away, and Ueno is only a couple of trains. Tokyo Skytree, our favorite shopping spot of the whole Japan trip, was fairly easy to reach too. We stayed in the cheapest room, which was really small, but it did the job and suited us well at the start of the trip.
We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade when we checked in. The staff were warm, friendly, and efficient, and it was a thoughtful touch that made us feel valued as returning guests. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service was still warm and attentive throughout. It’s reassuring to come back somewhere where the team genuinely cares about the guest experience. So glad to be back, and looking forward to our next visit! 😊
