The heat was my only real complaint. A fan in each capsule, or even a couple of fans or AC units on the floor, might help with airflow and keep things cooler. Otherwise I was very happy with the place. The bathrooms, lounge, lockers, and staff were all wonderful, and everything was organized and clean. This was my first capsule hotel and a very good experience. I'd give it closer to 4.5/5 if half stars were an option!

I've stayed here many times and keep coming back. It's clean, safe, and dependable for the price, with a good location. It can take a bit of getting used to if you've never stayed in a capsule hotel, but I love the place and would recommend it to solo travelers. The AC does run a little hot sometimes, but that's a minor gripe. For the low price, it's worth it.

Getting to sleep here was a chore, even though I can fall asleep on a train in five minutes. The bottom row picks up every vibration from people walking around and moving in the capsules above. The mattress is maybe an inch thick and feels like springy cardboard. The pillow's like beans mixed with those silica packets used to keep products dry.

The biggest problem was comfort. The ventilation inside the bed barely moved any air, and the bed I was assigned was broken and had no electricity. Cleanliness was acceptable and the value was about average, but the stay could have been more comfortable.
