The price is right, and it’s a quiet, convenient place. The breakfast could use a bit more color.

The room was spacious and clean, but the service was disappointing, especially after I’d expected a lot based on the reviews. I came to drop off my luggage before check-in because storage was listed as available. There was nobody at the front desk, and no bell or anything to get their attention. I called out “Excuse me!” pretty loudly, but got no response. It seemed like no one was there. A cleaner went to look for the hotel staff but couldn’t find them, so I had to use a coin locker instead. I was in a hurry, and this wasted extra time. I arrived late at night, and there were hardly any amenities. I’d suggest women bring their own, just in case.

I had a 7:30 AM flight from Haneda and was a little nervous about catching the first train, so I looked for somewhere to stay the night before. This interesting room was available, camping-style with no bed, and just around the corner from a convenience store. The room was exactly what I expected, and it was so much fun! I slept in a tent on a sheet over an air cushion, which suited me perfectly. The in-room refrigerator might take a while to cool things down, but that wasn’t a problem. There’s a microwave on-site too. In the morning I took a bus from Kamata Station to Haneda, which was convenient. I’d definitely stay again if I get the chance. Thanks for your help!

I had to book at short notice because I wasn’t feeling well, and the receptionist was very helpful. The room was clean, had plenty of amenities, and even the body wash was a scent I like. I could adjust the lighting to suit myself, and there was a roomy desk and enough space to relax. What impressed me was how well everything seemed thought through. It felt like they’d figured out exactly what guests need, instead of running the place around the hotel’s needs. Big hotels could learn from that. Thank you.
