GRAND MONday GINZA

The neighborhood was peaceful, even though we were close to many of Tokyo’s popular spots and didn’t need to change train lines to reach them. Our family had a long, really enjoyable stay. The room had sliding doors that let us separate its different areas, and having a washer/dryer and kitchenette made a huge difference. Staff from reception to housekeeping were wonderful. When our entry key caused trouble, they fixed it quickly and kept us updated. We’d happily stay here again.

We only booked at the last minute because our previous accommodation was in poor, unclean condition, and this place turned out to be a 10/10. The front desk team were so good with customer service. One staff member spent more than an hour helping us arrange a taxi straight to the airport for departure day and carefully went through the options. We’re very grateful for all that effort. I’ll book here whenever I’m back in Tokyo.

We could walk to the subway in 10 minutes or less, and there’s a 7 eleven right across the street, which was a nice extra. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless, with two queen beds and a sofa bed, so we had plenty of space to relax between outings around Tokyo. The air conditioning worked really well and the water was HOT. For a family, I like this kind of hotel: the kitchenette has utensils and dinnerware, and the in-room laundry makes a longer visit feel more comfortable and homey. I’d stay again. P.S. The Grand Monday Ginza is quiet and close to several transit stations, with a 7-11 across the street and quick access to Tokyo Disneyland. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size by Tokyo standards, the beds were comfortable, and we liked the shower.
