It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and the staff were great. I also liked the public bath, or sentou. Getting to places like Shinjuku and Asakusa took about 40 minutes or more, so the location felt a bit far from the main parts of Tokyo. The room faucet was a hassle: it stops automatically at a set water level, which meant either too little water or too much. And with only two elevators for the whole hotel, waits could be 5-10 minutes at busy times. Neither elevator seemed smart.

There aren’t many laundry machines, so they can get busy. Otherwise, the room was clean and nice, with the same amenities as other APA hotels. It’s a newly built hotel right across from Omori station.

The location, staff, and cleaning were all so good, and my brother and I enjoyed our stay. The one real drawback was how cramped the room felt. There was only enough room for one person to walk at a time between the bed, bathroom, and door, so we kept bumping into each other. Aside from that, everything was awesome.

There’s a convenience store on the first floor, along with a microwave. The room is small but compact, and roomwear is provided. You’re not allowed to go into the convenience store wearing the lounge clothes, though.

The people were wonderful, and the small room was still usable. Temperature control was the problem for me: I couldn’t get the room below 26C, which was completely uncomfortable for my preferences. If you like a warm room, that may be fine. I prefer the Western standard of 20-22 C.
