The location is good, but everything else was average at best. Staff seemed impersonal even when they weren’t busy. There’s just one microwave for the whole hotel, on the first floor, and no laundry inside. We had to go out to use one, even though it was only two minutes away, which was inconvenient. The room layout made the already tiny space feel worse than at other budget hotels. I wouldn’t choose APA Hotel again.

We had a really comfortable five-night stay here with my family during our Japan vacation. The area felt super safe, with convenience stores, local restaurants, shopping, and train stations all easy to reach on foot. Our rooms were very good, with nice toilets and showers, and the staff were awesome. We’d definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you!

The hotel is right on the Ginza Metro Line, giving quick access to Asakusa and Shibuya. Ueno and Akihabara are both about a 9-minute walk away, a great spot for fans and admirers of Japanese culture. The rooms were well kept, the staff were accommodating, and I found the price very reasonable for such a prime location.

The location is really convenient, and I’ve been here four times. I’ve asked to change rooms twice because I have trouble sleeping. A room facing the road can be a bit noisy for me, even on the 6th floor. The hotel was happy to move me when I asked, which really impressed me. Great service.

The air conditioning temperature couldn’t be adjusted, which was the only downside. The location is great, between ueno park and akihabara. Rooms were clean, with a care package delivered daily and a full cleaning every three days.
