Once the issue was raised, hotel manager Mr Antonio Bruno handled it with real care and professionalism. He was responsive, clear, and attentive, and his involvement quickly put us at ease. The stay itself was then seamless and comfortable, just what we’d hope for at a luxury hotel. Before we arrived, communication hadn’t started well. I appreciated seeing Mr Bruno take responsibility and look after the guest experience. That kind of accountability makes a difference. I’d be happy to return and stay again.

I could have spent the whole day at the spa and pool. Dinner was another highlight, especially the sushi, and the bar had stunning views across the city. The room views were breathtaking, and the design brought Italian elegance together with Japanese craftsmanship. From arrival on, the hotel felt luxurious but calm. Every staff member was warm and attentive and made me feel welcome. Bulgari Hotel Tokyo was a full experience, not just somewhere to sleep. I’d definitely come back.

We loved the sushi restaurant, rooftop bar, fabulous breakfasts, and well-equipped gym. On one late afternoon, after a lot of clouds and what seemed like smog, we came back from shopping and suddenly saw Mt Fuji in the distance. We first stayed on the Tokyo Bay side, then returned at the end of the trip for the imperial Palace side. Both sides of the building have gorgeous views of Tokyo. The hotel feels small and exclusive, with personalized service. Check-in happens in your room, the concierge was always easy to reach, and the dining recommendations they booked for us were wonderful. When we took the shinkashin to Kyoto, staff arranged seats on the Mt Fuji side and walked us through the huge underground maze to the shinkashin entrance so we wouldn’t get lost. For our first visit to Japan, we wanted comfort, luxury, and a good location, and Bulgari Hotel Tokyo was a great choice. It’s right beside Tokyo station, with JR lines, the subway, and the shinkashin close by. There’s also a huge underground shopping and eating complex connected to the hotel. Tokyo has plenty of luxury hotels, especially around the station, but I can’t imagine finding one better. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We only stopped in the lounge for coffee, so I can’t comment on the rooms. But the shared spaces were already breathtaking, and I’ve never seen a hotel interior design quite like this. The friendly service team made the place feel like top-tier luxury hospitality, with a modern design.
