COCOYO HOTEL Otsuka

Room 407 worked perfectly for our family during our four-night stay. We especially liked the shower and the high-tech toilet. The location was convenient, within walking distance of Otsuka station. The cafe offers two complimentary bakery items per person, such as a danish, croissant or cinnamon roll, plus coffee and cold drinks. Free robes and toiletries are available at the check-in counter.

I left some important things at the hotel after checking out. While I was on my way to Nagoya hotel, the hotel contacted me, then arranged to have the items delivered there. I was glad they could help. The service was great.

We had a pleasant family stay at Cocoyo Hotel Otsuka. It’s a practical base for exploring Tokyo: a short walk from Otsuka Station, with restaurants, shops and convenience stores close by. The hotel is clean, modern and well looked after, and our comfortable room had the basics we needed, including reliable Wi-Fi, toiletries and a fridge. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in and checkout smooth. It also felt safe and family friendly. The layout was practical, and the staff were kind to our little one. I’d recommend it for families as well as solo travelers and couples. Communication was easy across languages, so it should suit both foreign visitors and Japanese guests.

The staff were patient, polite and kind, and their help made my time in Japan wonderful. One night I spilled vegetable juice, and even though it was 2 in the morning, the receptionist promptly brought me a new futon and cleaned the carpet. The laundry service was convenient, too. The location is genuinely great, the rooms are good value and the service is among the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Tokyo. Thank you to the managers and staff who looked after us.
