The twin rooms are tiny for the price, over $AUS200 a night. The property photos give a misleading impression of the space for two people, so I'd look elsewhere. The hotel is well placed near a park and has good transport options, while still offering a quiet refuge from busy Shinjuku.

I'm really glad we didn't cancel after seeing the other two reviews. For the price, it was incredible value. Our one-bedroom apartment was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and had all the utilities we could need. We had a very pleasant stay, and I'd highly recommend it.

The place felt peaceful, with a park right in front, and it was clean and new throughout. I spent two weeks there comfortably. The staff were friendly before I arrived and after, and there were about three stations nearby, making it easy to travel in different directions.

The room I got didn't match my reservation, and the window looked out onto a pile of garbage. Its design was awful, like a prison cell. Completely unacceptable. The room and booking were different in reality. There was garbage piled outside the window, and the window design made it look like a prison cell. Unacceptable.
