Tokyo Ginza Bay Hotel

We stayed four days and had excellent service. The bed was really comfortable, and the room stayed very clean. They changed the sheets and brought fresh towels as often as we asked. Free pancakes were available every day, whether or not you paid for breakfast, along with coffee. The area is quaint, though it's about an eight-minute walk to any station. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

For a short visit, b Ginza Hotel seems like a good fit: it's clean, pleasant, and very conveniently located for getting around. Our seven-day stay in a triple room was good, but at this price we expected more comfort and space. The room had three beds taking up most of the floor, with no proper luggage area, vanity, real closet, or small place to sit and relax. That felt restrictive over a full week. It's also not clear whether the property is aiming for a full-service hotel or something more like a bed-and-breakfast. Calling it a hotel in Ginza naturally sets higher expectations for space, comfort, and service. It's a nice enough stay, just not truly impressive yet.

After time in busier places like Shibuya, the peace and quiet in Ginza was a welcome change. The rooms are compact but clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Staff were excellent and helped send our luggage on to Kyoto. There was free tea and coffee, plus pancakes if you wanted a quick breakfast before heading out. Train stations are close, which made trips to and from the airport and around the city easy. Highly recommend it for a Tokyo trip. Book it!

The shower was one of the best I've had in a hotel, and the blinds made the room truly dark. I barely heard anything from the hallway, though there was some outside noise from sirens. The bed was firm, but not painful. I stayed at the b Ginza for just over two weeks and had no real complaints. The room was small, as I expected, so I opened my suitcases and slid them under the bed. The limited elevators didn't bother me; I only had to wait three times. There are lots of metro and train lines nearby, which was a big reason I chose this area for a second visit. There's also a huge range of restaurants, so it's a good base for trying different things. I never quite figured out the air conditioning and heating. Even with a temperature set, it blew either really hot or cold air and wouldn't hold it steady.
