The room was tiny, but it was the coziest place we’ve stayed. We were a couple in a double bedroom, and could fit our backpack and 20-inch and 24-inch suitcases with some room left to walk by. After walking 20k steps a day, the bed was very comfortable, and the great shower pressure and hot water felt so good after a long day. The room had complete amenities, and I liked being able to open the small window to air it out. The neighborhood is quiet, near Okachimachi Park, with a konbini nearby. The station is a 5-10-minute walk, depending where you’re going. As Muslims, we were delighted to find several nearby halal places, including ramen, yakiniku, and burgers, as well as Okachimachi mosque. The front desk service was so great and welcoming. All the staff made us very happy and explained the hotel clearly. I loved the amenities and laundry, and the lobby’s minimalist design felt cozy for waiting and eating. Thank you for the great hospitality during our five days. I’ll definitely come back if I visit Tokyo again. :)

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and set the standard for the rest of our trip. Getting around was easy, and for our first stay in Tokyo, the place worked perfectly with our two little kids.

The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, and the small extras like complimentary coffee and water and the coin laundry made the stay more convenient. Hotel Paul House feels very new, with modern installations and spotless cleanliness throughout. My Japanese-sized room was comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, so it never felt cramped. The neighborhood is quiet, with convenience stores and other things you might need just a short walk away. It’s also very well placed between Asakusa, Ueno, and Akihabara, with several subway lines nearby that made it easy to get around Tokyo. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Paul House to anyone looking for a clean, modern, well-located place in the city.
