Establishment Asakusa

We had a comfortable stay in a nicely finished apartment with good amenities. It was easy to find using Google Maps, and the staff responded quickly. Tokyo Skytree town, with its shops, restaurants, and attractions, is within walking distance.

We spent four nights and five days in Apartment 302. The price was reasonable, and the room worked well for a stay with friends. It’s under a 10-minute walk to Skytree and Oshiage Station, with a convenience store right across from the apartment for quick supplies. Check-in was easy once the code and room password arrived by email that day. The room was a little dusty, though not enough to be a big problem, and otherwise it was clean and satisfactory. The bathroom was smaller than I expected, but the hot water and pressure were good. It felt more like a hostel or Airbnb than a hotel, and we had a good stay without any issues.

The room itself is very nice. The trouble is check-in: if you don't have a Japanese phone number, you can't do it, because the confirmation message goes to a local number. Have a good day.

The stay was pleasant and the price was very reasonable, thanks in part to locals who helped us out. The place was easy to find on maps and spacious as described. But the Booking.com auto-check-in details never came through, and the codes were sent to our phone number. Without an active SIM while abroad, sorting it out was a real hassle.
