We were left outside with our luggage for over three hours during check-in, which was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. No entry code had arrived before we got there, and there was no staff at the building, phone number, or other way to get help. We had no idea how to reach anyone. The communication and basic service were terrible, over and over. A hotel should at least make sure guests can get into their room. The whole ordeal felt unprofessional, and I strongly recommend finding somewhere that offers basic support and values its guests. I wouldn't stay here again.

The only upside is that it's near the train station. We couldn't reach anyone, and self check-in was through a tablet. I nearly couldn't check in and wasted time retrying because they didn't have my record. They hadn't sent me the code either. The pillow was thin, the kitchen smelled horrible, and everything was dirty. For a 10-day booking, there's no cleaning or towel change option.

The room was small, but two people fit comfortably. Check-in is done on an iPad at reception, and there isn't a receptionist, so I wouldn't arrange luggage delivery here since nobody may be there to receive it. The laundry room on the LG floor was a little dirty.

I was assigned a single room even though the listing said I'd get a room with two beds. It took a while to get a response, and all I got was repeated apologies, with no workable solution. I wouldn't stay here.

The room was very clean, though there were a few signs of age, and we'd be happy to come back. We were about 90% satisfied with the accommodation, despite going in a little worried after reading the earlier Google reviews. We really couldn't understand those complaints. In the longer term, the carpets could use a proper cleaning or replacement with something that handles dirt better.
