The host was thoughtful and check-in went smoothly. Traveling with family can be stressful, but this home made things easy and relaxing. We'd love to come back. The design was beautiful, modern, and uncluttered, but still warm and cozy. The space was used well, leaving room for the kids without feeling cramped, which is rare for Tokyo. It was tucked into a peaceful neighborhood with a local feel, but only a short walk to the station and easy access to the Yamanote Line. Nearby bakeries and supermarkets worked well for our family. It's a minimalist gem in Nishi-Nippori, with a quiet place to rest after busy sightseeing days.

We stayed three nights in a Studio room (22 sq.m.) with a minimalist design. It had a PIN code entry system, two 4-foot beds that comfortably slept two people each, and a small sofa and multi-purpose table in the middle. We had four 26-inch suitcases. With the table moved, we could open two at once. There's also a small kitchen corner with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, and full dining utensils. The bathroom is split into a shower room and toilet that can be used separately. A hair dryer, toiletries, and towels are provided. The hotel changes towels and collects rubbish daily, but doesn't do full room cleaning every day. The reception is small and shares space with a café. There's a shared washing machine on the second floor, with free detergent. The staff speak good English, and check-in was quick and easy. Luggage storage before check-in or after checkout is possible if there's room, but it's a shared area and not suitable for valuables. We were also able to leave our bags while traveling out of town, then come back and stay again. Transport was extremely convenient, especially for getting back to Narita Airport. The hotel is near the JR Yamanote Line, Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, and Nippori–Toneri Liner, and the elevator to the airport is right behind the hotel. You can hear some trains during the day, but it wasn't disturbing. Nights were quiet, and we slept well every night. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and drugstores around the hotel.

The location is excellent, close to the train station and convenience stores. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly with great service. I stayed here on my last trip to Tokyo and thought it was just perfect in every way. Highly recommend it, and I'd definitely stay again on my next visit.

We stayed three nights at the Nishinippori location, close to the station and plenty of restaurants. Check-in was super easy, and checkout even easier. The room was clean, very spacious, and the beds were comfy. The loft beds and bunk bed setup was a great idea, and there was lots of luggage space if you used it right. There was also a kitchenette, perfect for konbini runs, and a balcony with a view of the Tokyo Tower. I've seen reviews saying the train noise is too loud because the station is so close, but it honestly didn't bother me. Just pop in some earplugs. Breakfast was delicious. I'll be dreaming about that sandwich for a long time, and my friend said the granola was super tasty. It was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely come back if I visit Tokyo again.

Very convenient for getting to nippori station, and close to the train lines. The place is well appointed and quiet enough. Great place to stay in the area.
