The small touches made the stay great: towels when we came in wet, staff bringing up our bags when we left them there to explore, and the kindness and conversations when we checked out. Thank you! The service was great, and the hotel suited our trip's needs. The collab with Kura One was a nice touch, especially for someone who loves learning about regional food. I'd definitely stay again.

The area was peaceful, and the station and sumo were just a short walk away. I also had a lovely view from my window. The staff were friendly, and I had a nice stay. I’d recommend the hotel. Thank you!
A good spot to sleep before heading out to explore. There’s coffee in the lobby and a washing machine on the fourth floor, and the shower and toilet area are a nice size. The place has what you need, but don’t expect luxury amenities. The beds are still bunk beds, even if they’re nice ones.
The building itself looked fine, and the room was nicely decorated, but it was far too cramped for our family of four. I ended up sleeping on the couch because my sister had the top bunk and my parents had the bottom one. The room was very cold, and I woke up with a headache and heavy eye bags. We were out all day and still got no room service for what we paid. I’m not coming back. The booking photos showed a lovely view over Tokyo’s buildings. What we actually saw was a bridge beneath another bridge and a little house right beside the hotel. Breakfast was another disappointment: the choice was basically oats and a sandwich, neither of them warm, and the chocolate milk tasted like cardboard. There was hardly anything on the menu, it wasn’t a buffet, and the lobby was so small we could barely fit. The room looked much bigger in the pictures than it was. Worst scam ever!
We were five and still had plenty of room, which made me really happy. The coffee and breakfast each morning were superb, and I loved our stay here. I’m glad I found this place and would recommend it to anyone. Arigato gazaimashita.
