Futaba Hotel

It was a quiet neighborhood, especially at night, and worked perfectly for our family. We were five people staying from 29th March-2nd Apr 2025. The place felt pretty big for Tokyo, with a living room and two bedrooms. Hangers, soaps, detergents, and even umbrellas were provided. There's an elevator too, which is helpful if you're staying with older people. Nishi-nippori station is about a 7-10 minute walk away, and being on the Yamanote line makes it easy to get to Ueno, Ikebukuro, and Shinjuku. 711 and family marts are nearby, and you can drop luggage at 711 for delivery. The living room has an air conditioner, but in the cold weather it wasn't quite enough to keep me warm. Luckily, the bedroom units provided enough heat. I loved staying here, ah, I already miss my Japan trip!

There are plenty of good places to eat nearby, and the apartments are well appointed. The hotel is in a very quiet spot, while still being close to a major rail station. Wonderful stay.

We spent a week here with our teenager and our other son. The apartment was very spacious, had everything we needed, and the beds were really comfortable. Service and communication were both very good. The area is convenient, and across the station there's a lovely local community with great shops and restaurants. The one downside is the balcony: it's for emergency exit use, so you can't really access it.

The host was really nice and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and spacious. It's conveniently close to nippori station and a family mart. We'd definitely stay again on another trip to tokyo.
