Palace Japan Hotel

The shared shower rooms were very clean and easy to get to. My bedroom was private and quiet, with air conditioning, blankets, and towels. A great option for a short visit to Tokyo.

I forgot to leave a review after checking out on the 23rd of October. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful, and the woman working there made me feel comfortable. I knew the rooms were small when I booked. They weren't the best, but they were convenient and suited my budget. It's about a 15 minute walk to minami senju train station, which I used most to get around and transfer. 7/11 and Lawson are nearby, and the view from my window wasn't bad. I liked spotting Tokyo skytree on my way back each time. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a budget option. They also have a women’s only floor.

We booked two beds for one night, but since there were no other guests, we had the whole room to ourselves. It was clean and cozy, with AC, a mini fridge, towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The washroom was right next door and clean, which was convenient. Handwash, shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryers were provided, but there was no conditioner or moisturizer, so bring your own. There's also an outdoor smoking area with vending machines, and a lift. The host was friendly, and the neighborhood was pleasant and residential. The nearest station is a little far, so the commute is something to consider, but it was a nice cozy place to stay.

I prefer avoiding crowded areas, so the location suited me even though it's a bit far from the attractions. The room is narrow, but it's still much bigger and better than a capsule hotel. I'd recommend this hotel to people who also want to avoid crowds and don't like capsule hotels.
