The room was spotless, quiet, and laid out really well. Even with the hotel in a central spot, we slept perfectly. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and we felt welcome right away. There was a good selection of amenities, including toiletries, ready for us. Breakfast was fairly basic, but tasty and perfectly fine for a 3-star hotel. We had a fantastic stay. For a 3-star place, it exceeded our expectations in a lot of ways. It’s a very nice, clean, well-run hotel, and we’d definitely come back. Full 5 out of 5 from us.

The location is the main reason I chose this hotel. It’s very convenient: the nearest 7/11 is a one-minute walk, the Imperial Palace is ten minutes away, and Ginza’s shopping areas are easy to reach on foot. There are countless restaurants and bars nearby. If you want to run around the palace, you can start right from the hotel. For Ginza, a semi-double room at 14,500 Yen a night with breakfast included is almost impossible to find. The reception staff were polite and very helpful. The room isn’t big, but it worked for us as a couple. We could unpack at the same time, and there were enough outlets for both of us to charge our things. Breakfast had onigiri rice balls, bread, coffee, and tea. It was enough for a light meal before visiting Tsuikiji Fish market. I’m very satisfied with my stay.

The staff were friendly and the service was nice, and the location is convenient. The room was small, as is typical in Japan. The air conditioner was a bit loud, as was the bathroom ventilation, so I turned them off to sleep. The bathroom was very small, and I wouldn’t recommend it for non-Japanese guests.

Good value and a handy location near ginza station. The rooms and shower were clean, and the staff were nice. Wifi was a little slow. I didn’t try breakfast.
