The beds were the hardest part of the stay for me, really uncomfortable. The rooms were clean and tidy, though quite cramped, and the bathroom facilities were nice. Ota is on the quieter side, with a few restaurants and convenience stores but not much shopping. It’s still walkable to some other areas, and the station is close. There’s also a free airport shuttle. The staff were lovely and tried hard to help. Check-in is at a kiosk, but they’re there if you need assistance. Despite the beds, the rest was okay, and the people really made it.

The room was quiet and clean, with everything I needed for a one-night stop after arriving late in Tokyo. Breakfast was included, and they provided a toothbrush and toothpaste along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There are vending machines inside with alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. Very convenient.

We came back here a second time before flying home to the Philippines. On our first trip to Japan, none of us knew any Japanese beyond using our phones to translate, but the staff were friendly despite the language barrier. The room fit three of us comfortably enough since we’re not big people. We’re Asian ourselves, and it suited us well. Breakfast was different from what we were used to, but we were glad to try it.

Everything was clean and neatly arranged, and the room had a comfortable temperature and humidity when I arrived. It wasn’t especially spacious, but there was enough room to feel comfortable. I found the place easily with Google Maps after arriving at Haneda airport. A convenience store is just a two-minute walk away, so picking up food or drinks is no trouble.
